Refresh and relax in our spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned cabins. Set amongst the grounds of our private property, the luxurious cabins contain everything needed for a fully self-contained stay. Features include a well-appointed kitchen with fridge, two burner cooktop, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as all the pots, pans, plates, cutlery and utensils you need to prepare your own meals. There’s even a small Weber for your personal use, on your own covered front deck.
The interior of the cabins is open plan with vaulted ceilings maximising the sense of space. They are appointed with two Queen beds and quality mattresses, providing you with a good night’s sleep. You have a choice of firm or soft pillows and all linen is provided, including towels and face washers. The timber furniture includes a 2-seater lounge, two armchairs, a coffee table, office desk and chair, all of which are generous in size and comfort. The cabins are fully screened, including front doors which retract and stack for seamless movement from the cabin interior to exterior front deck

Our luxury self-contained cabins provide the perfect beachside coastal escape for families, couples and friends. Standard cabin can accommodate 4 people. Family cabin has a pull-out sofa bed. P.W.D cabin has accessible features which include a ramp, lower bathroom and more. All of the cabins are air conditioned with ceiling fans. They have spacious bathrooms with a separate shower (unlimited hot water) and toilet; soaps, shampoo and hairdryer are included and provided. Should you feel inclined, each cabin has satellite TV, WIFI and your own phone, which offers direct dialing to your room. You choose if you want to be in touch with the outside world!
At Bloomfield Escape we are very conscious of families and want to provide them with an affordable escape. You’re welcome to relax in the spacious interior, or enjoy the breeze on the covered front deck, which has a squatters chair, table and chairs and Weber BBQ. Each of the cabins are surrounded by landscaping to enhance your privacy and have a covered garden table and seats, where you can enjoy outdoor meals should you so choose. Please note Bloomfield Escape is 60km south of Cooktown and 35km north of Cape Tribulation; there is a small convenience store at Ayton which has some groceries and does takeaway, but otherwise you should bring all your food and beverages with you for a self-catered stay. There is no café or restaurant on site at Bloomfield Escape. To ensure all our guests enjoy the serenity of our location, we have a strict no party policy and ask that you please respect your fellow guests and avoid unnecessary noise. Check in is from 2pm with a 10am check out.
